What Is It With African Men And Their Ego?

Today’s blog post is about men and their ego (particularly, African Men) when it comes to relationships. Most times, men find it hard going into a relationship or dating a girl/lady that is way ahead of them in everything. By everything, I mean-age, career, finance (money in the bank), assets, education and what have you.

Good day and welcome back to my blog. I really can’t believe it’s the 16th day in the month of February already! The speed at which this year is going is quite alarming…Who else is as surprised as I am?

Anyways, some days back I was an active participant in an argument with a few friends (guys and girls inclusive) and we the girls stood our grounds that guys are usually intimidated by girls or ladies who are doing better than they are, and there was this one guy who said he doesn’t mind dating or getting married to someone that earns more than he does.

We kept on ringing it in his ears that ‘it is easier said than done,’ but he stood his grounds.

So, it is my intention to bring the said argument here ………….

For the ladies, would you appreciate it if a guy you are doing better than approaches you and asks you out? would you date such a guy?

And for the guys, do you have the courage to walk up to a lady who you know quite well is above your league to ask her to be your lover? Or better still, can you date/marry a lady that earns more than you do?

That’s all on today’s blog post…Be sure to leave your opinions in the comment section below as I love hearing from you guys….

  2. Hi! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform
are you using for this website? I’m getting tired
of WordPress because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m
looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be great if you could point me
in the direction of a good platform.

  4. A fascinating discussion is worth comment. I think that you ought to write more about this topic, it may not be a taboo subject but typically people don’t speak about such subjects.

To the next! All the best!!

  5. Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is excellent blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.
