With the Holiday season upon us and Christmas just a few days away, here are my top five Christmas/holiday movies on Netflix you should definitely binge watch with family and friends.

For me, getting into the holiday spirit happens when I take a drive around town and just see Christmas lights/decor all over the place. Also, watching some holiday/christmas movies sure has a way of getting my holiday spirit up and alive!
In this post, I would be highlighting some Christmas movies I have watched on Netflix, which I absolutely enjoyed by the way and would definitely recommend for you.
So without further ado, let’s get right into the business of today!
My Top Five Christmas Movies On Netflix…
- The Holiday Calendar
Released on the 2nd of November, 2018, this movie tells the story of a struggling and super talented photographer who inherits an antique/magical holiday calendar from her late grandmother, which has the ability to predict the future!
At the end, the calendar helped her to find love in her childhood best friend during the holiday season…
Released on the 28th of October, 2020, this American romantic comedy holiday film tells the story of two young adults who are sick and tired of being single/alone during the holiday season.
They both decided to be each other’s date for all holiday gatherings (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years’, Valentine’s, Easter…)
At the end, they fell in love!
Here comes 3 and 4….
- Operation Christmas Drop
Released on the 5th of November, 2020, this American Christmas romantic comedy film tells the story of a U.S Airforce base in Guam, with a yearly tradition of air dropping Christmas gifts to the inhabitants of Guam and their various islands.
However, a congressional assistant in Washington, DC was sent to investigate the operations of the Airforce base, with the intention to recommend the closure of the base.
After showing her around the islands and experiencing the “operation Christmas drop” first hand, she realized the tradition was worthwhile!
- The Christmas Chronicles 2
Released on the 25th of November, 2020, this American Christmas comedy film tells the story of a teenage girl (Kate), who is unhappy spending Christmas in Cancun, Mexico with her mom, brother, mom’s new boyfriend and his son (Jack).
She decided to run away and get back home to Boston where she believed she would enjoy the holiday season.
But as fate would have it, Kate and Jack were unexpectedly transported to the North pole by a rebellious elf (Belsnickel), and they were saved by Santa claus.
After so many happenings, Kate soon realized how much she loves her family and would give anything to spend Christmas with them!
Last, but definitely not the least…
- Princess Switch: Switched Again
Released on the 19th of November, 2020, this American Christmas romantic comedy tells the story of Stacy and Margaret, who decide to switch places again after two years of the first switch, in order for Margaret to fix her broken relationship with Stacy’s friend (Kevin).
Unknown to both ladies, there’s a third look-alike: Margaret’s wild and crazy cousin- Lady Fiona who is also plotting to disguise herself as Margaret in a bid to steal the throne and embezzle some funds while at it!
